A lot of atmosphere and desire for the streets in the reopening of shops and restaurants in Marbella and Estepona.
The reopening coinciding with the weekend and Valentine's Day enlivens shopping in Marbella and San Pedro (Saturday, February 13, 2021)
MARBELLA RE- OPENS NON-ESSENTIAL BUSINESSES, RESTAURANTS AND BARS AFTER 17 DAYS OF CLOSURE
In the neighbourhoods of Marbella, the movement was noticeable in the markets and, above all, in the traditional
restaurants and bars, with their full terraces.
Full of locals who were eager to drink their coffees in the sun again. It seems that the restaurant industry recovers its
pulse with more agility than the downtown businesses.
In the old town, where the movement tends to be more in line with the hours of bars and restaurants than that of shops,
the streets remained quieter and, in fact, on the edge of the businesses that will no longer lift the blind. Many have decided
not to open until mobility is normalized or, at least, until the municipal perimeter closures are finished.
Despite being Saturday, Valentine's Eve and the temperatures are spring, there has not been
an excessive influx in the restaurant sector.
