In the Valencia region, the registration of estate agents is a legal requirement. Only registered estate agents are allowed to carry out property transactions.

From 17 October 2023, estate agents will have to register in a special register. ImmoMoment has already taken this step.

To obtain registration, estate agents must meet strict requirements, such as recognised training, a bank guarantee and liability insurance valid in the EU.

Brokers with a physical office must have a bank guarantee of €60,000, while brokers without an office must have a bank guarantee of €60,000.

brokers without an office must guarantee €300,000. Insurance requirements are €600,000 and €1 million respectively.

Each registered broker, including ImmoMoment, has a unique QR code to ensure transparency with regard to licensing, bank guarantees and insurance.
