SILENT ACCEPTANCE OF URBANIZATION BY MUNICIPALITIES

The explanation states that an urbanisation is deemed accepted by the municipality even without a formal act when it is in use, licences are granted and taxes are collected. This creates the same effects as formal acceptance. Ownership of roads and infrastructure depends on the land reallocation process and registration, not on the acceptance of the works.
