What is the evolution of property prices in Spain
4th September 2024In recent decades, the Spanish property market has gone through many changes. Since 2000, prices rose significantly due to overfinancing by banks, leading to a real estate bubble. After the 2008 crisis, however, we saw a sharp decline, with a low point in 2014. Today, the market is recovering in a stable way, thanks in part to international demand and tighter financing conditions by banks.
