Next to the guest room is a 2nd bathroom with a comfortable shower, one sink and a toilet.On the large terrace of 50m2, you can relax all year round from morning! There is a cozy dining area as well as a nice lounge corner and 2 sunbeds.You stay on the 1st floor with only a penthouse above you, given the smart architecture there is virtually no view of the terrace. You overlook the golf course called Calanova as well as one of the swimming pools located within the complex. Since there are several swimming pools and also due to the proximity of the beach, there is always a place available.You can also relax in the large garden with its beautiful collection of trees, plants, flowers and water features.
