We leave nothing to chance when purchasing a new-build project. We guide you from A to Z and take care of all your worries:
• During construction: We follow the construction work closely and regularly send you photos and updates on the progress of the works.
• Upon completion: We carry out a thorough double-check of the entire property. We verify that the correct type of tiles has been installed in the kitchen and bathrooms, check if the right kitchen cabinets have been mounted, and test all sockets, lighting points, doors, and handles. In addition, we inspect the wardrobes, floors, walls, and ceilings, check the opening and closing of windows and doors, and carefully inspect for any cracks in the floor or wall tiles.
• Utilities & Styling: We arrange the connection of all utilities (water and electricity) and internet in advance. We also take care of the complete furnishing, from furniture (curtains and rugs down to the smallest kitchen utensils).
