Most markets along the Costa Cálida take place between 08:00 and 14:00, with peak hours between 10:30 and 13:00. Payments are mainly made in cash, although more and more stalls accept cards or mobile payments. In addition to fresh food such as fruit, vegetables, meat and fish, markets offer a wide variety of goods including clothing, shoes, leather goods, bags, jewellery, watches, sunglasses, household items, decorations, kitchen utensils, toys, souvenirs, handmade products, plants, flowers, herbs, honey and local specialties. Parking is usually available near fairgrounds or surrounding streets, but arriving early is strongly recommended.

PRACTICAL TIPS
