Thank you for the many years of patience you have had with us. We are incredibly happy that you sold our villa many years ago and that, recently, we were once again able to reserve a new-build off-plan property in Marbella through you.
We have already seen that prices have increased again in the meantime, so we are very glad that we followed Fanny’s advice and, with Philip’s help, were able to make the right choice. We are also particularly pleased that we were among the first to reserve a property in this new development by the developer.
Since 2005, you have built excellent relationships and contacts with some of the best developers on the Costa del Sol, and that experience and trust have once again made a real difference for us.
We will never forget everything you have done for us, and we truly appreciate your dedication, patience and guidance.
We are absolutely delighted with our new purchase, and especially with the location, which really appeals to us.
