What we especially want to emphasize is that Philip and Fanny do their work with all their heart and soul! They showed incredible patience and did a tremendous number of viewings of existing properties with us. First, we spent a full week exploring the Costa Blanca North with Philip. Six months later, we explored the Costa Blanca South together with him. His patience is truly remarkable! After that, we visited numerous villas with Fanny, from Málaga to Estepona and Casares. Because prices had risen so much, we had to adjust our plans a bit.

A long time ago, Philip also sold our villa in Ghent as a licensed BIV real estate agent in Belgium. He did a fantastic job back then, driven by enormous passion. Ultimately, we have now found our dream villa in Mijas with Philip and Fanny. It needs a partial renovation, but thanks to the service of ImmoMoment, they have their own renovation team, everything is running perfectly. We are extremely satisfied!

People like Fanny and Philip are hard to find. Even after all that time and countless viewings without us buying anything, they never pushed us. On the contrary: they know the Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol like the back of their hand and work with incredible love and dedication. Truly a fantastic team! Isabelle also supported us brilliantly. We are so happy and deeply grateful for their endless patience.
