New construction project
We are George and Jennifer from Sweden, and our search for a dream home on the Costa del Sol was an incredible experience. We were expertly guided throughout the process by Fanny and Philip.
After exploring our options on the first day, things moved very quickly on the second. After visiting no fewer than 11 properties in 10 months, we knew we had found it. While others might have hesitated, we made our decision swiftly and confidently.
We purchased a stunning off-plan penthouse in a new development in Mijas. Even though construction won't be finished in 18 months, we are already part of the journey. Every month, Philip sends us photos and videos of the progress on-site. It’s wonderful to see our future home coming to life bit by bit!
